2.1 Agreement between the user and e-nautia The e-nautia services are offered to you subject to unconditional acceptance of the terms, conditions and cautionary notices contained within the present document. Your use of one of the services constitutes an acceptance of the aforementioned terms, conditions and cautionary notices.
2.2 Membership account All websurfers can join the site and enjoy the exclusive personal services under the title "membership account". The websurfer becomes, at that moment, a member of the site (also called an e-naute). The use of a membership account constitutes use of the site. The conditions of use are therefore the same as a simple visit. e-nautia reserves the right to suspend, partially or entirely, a membership account in the case of illicit or harmful use of the account or indication of abandonment of the account.
